Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. If there is a quality problem, you can return it within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. In order to complete the return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, please contact your bank. Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including return shipping); no restocking is required for returns.
