When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Since we ship worldwide from different logistics centers depending on your location, shipping times vary. The average shipping time is about 7 to 20 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order is shipped.

How do I cancel an order?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of the order being placed. After this time, the order is likely to have been processed and ready to ship or has already been shipped. Once the cancellation is effective, we have no control over it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we pride ourselves on providing fast service, which includes shipping your order as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order (e.g. product defect, order error, order damaged, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing the situation. If approved, we will replace the item for you. Please do not return the item before we review it. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions. iTrendGear reserves the right to refuse any return request.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

* For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, underwear and lingerie/shapewear are final.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), debit cards or electronic checks (i.e. using your regular bank account).
